Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Under Responsibilities Chef de Cuisine
  • responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the chef
  • respects and applies the standards and the procedures, the rules of hygiene and safety
  • supervises and motivates its team
  • To respect all of the menu that been standardize
  • Work together with other nationalities as well
  • Decorate the serving section
  • Insure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, of taste and temperature
Requirements :
  • Has 10 years experiences
  • Able to post it overseas
  • Energetic and positive thinking
  • Team player and hard worker
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to multi-task
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
  • Fluent in English mandatory, speaking other foreign language (French or Mandarin ) is a plus
  • Availability and international mobility for a period of 12 months
  • Able to work long hours and work under pressure
  • Willing to travel alone
