1. Secretary to Director

Job Description 
  1. Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  2. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  3. Take,type and distribute minutes of meetings
  4. Implement and maintain office systems
  5. Maintain schedules and calendars
  6. Arrange and confirm appointments
  7. Organize internal and external events
  8. Handle incoming mail and other material
  9. Set up and maintain filing systems
  10. Set up work procedures
  11. Maintain databases
  12. Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  13. Liaison with internal and external contacts
  14. Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  15. Operate office equipment & supplies
​Qualification
  1. Female, max. 25 years old
  2. Min. D3 Secretary, GPA min. 3.00
  3. Good in personality and communication skill
  4. Strong interpersonal skill
  5. Capable in handling tight deadlines and multitasking job
  6. Fluent in English both spoken and written
  7. Computer literate
2. Corporate Communication Officer

Qualification
  1. Min Bachelor's Degree, Majoring in Communication or Public Relation, Business Studies.
  2. Max 26 years old, Female are preffered
  3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Good in personality and communication skill
  5. Strong interpersonal skill
  6. Capable in handling tight deadlines and multitasking job
  7. Fluent in English both spoken and written
  8. Computer literate
  9. Good network in media, news paper, magazine, tv and others for conduct event and promotion.
  10. Good understanding of social media and how to use it in an editorial environment.
  11. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships within the community.
  12. Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
