Customer Solution

Business Solution :
  • Setting up a business solution for the needs of the new project as well as the development of the existing project.
  • Coordination with the customer to identify the needs of business solutions for the customer.
  • Coordination with Project Management and related units to ensure the implementation of the project in accordance with the business plan agreed with the customer.
  • Feasibility Analysis / feasibility analysis of investment, both in terms of financial, technology, resources according to business needs presented to the customer.
Account Management :
  • Account management to maintain business continuity in a sustainable manner.
  • Manage channel to increase market penetration
  • Achieving revenue targets established by the company
Sales Plan, Sales Funnel :
  • Sales planning according to each segment target.
  • Updating sales funnel to control / acceleration of the movement of the sales funnel.
  • Prospecting, Negotiation & Cross/Up Selling
  • The management of the sales process for new business / new project ranging from prospecting, negotiation and cross selling if needed.
Qualification :
  • Engineering / Management Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer graduates from best university in Indonesia with Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Experience in selling
  • Maximum of ages : 33 years

Senior Officer Service Operation IT

Job Description :
  • Operational control of the infrastructure (network and systems) to support the entire service / project in the contact center services throughout Indonesia can run well.
  • Carry out periodic maintenance / maintenance of the entire infrastructure (network and system) on each service / project contact center services throughout Indonesia.
  • Help resolve operational disruption of infrastructure services / project in the contact center services throughout Indonesia.
Qualification :
  • Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications / Information graduates from the best university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related fields is required
  • Understand and have knowledge of IP networking in particular telecommunications technology, WiFi, FTTH Network
  • Have the ability to communicate and good coordination
  • Understanding of service management (ITIL, eTOM)
  • Master business of operating a contact center
  • Willing overtime and the service beyond the city
